Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any additional questions, please contact Dr. Potter at the bottom of the page.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Mobility Chiropractic is an out-of-network chiropractic care office. If you receive out-of-network chiropractic benefits through your insurance, Dr. Potter can provide a “super-bill” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Once I see a chiropractor, will I have to keep going forever?

Dr. Potter feels that chiropractic care should only be utilized if it is serving the individual. He believes that his care can help you become a better, healthier, and more vibrant version of yourself. He does not coerce patients into coming in but encourages them to visit when their body needs care. Typically, you’ll like the way you feel and function following a chiropractic adjustment. That being said, come in as often or as seldom as you would like, letting Mobility Chiropractic be an asset to you, not an inconvenience.

I'm not feeling well, should I reschedule my appointment?

Please use your best judgement if you are feeling sick. Many people feel and heal better after a chiropractic adjustment, which helps the body adapt and improves immune function. If you feel that an adjustment will help you while you are under the weather, contact Dr. Potter to help determine the right course of action.
